LIPTAK, PSM <br />Senior Project Manager/Survey <br /> <br />EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />Mr. Liptak has over 45 years of comprehensive experience in land <br />survey project management for public and private clients overseeing <br />all field and office related tasks. As Senior Project Manager, <br />surveyor, and mapper, his extensive expertise encompasses <br />performing and managing engineering design survey; right-of-way <br />surveys, mapping, and controls; boundary and topographic surveys; <br />construction stake-outs; ALTA/ACSM land title surveys; as-built <br />surveys ; control and utility surveys; and Construction Engineering & <br />Inspection (CEI) Surveys.
