EHRHART, PSM <br />Geospatial Regional Manager <br /> <br />EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />Mr. Ehrhart is a Project Manager with nearly a decade of experience <br />with a wide array of survey projects, including providing topographic <br />surveys; tunnel verification surveys; geographic information system <br />(GIS) based structure inventory; property line restoration, public <br />records research; and department of transportation (DOT) surveys. <br />Mr. Ehrhart has extensive expertise with integrated surveying <br />including RTK GPS, real-time GIS database creation with <br />simultaneous asset collection to provide synchronized analysis of <br />existing infrastructure. <br /> <br />Mr. Ehrhart’s current professional focus involves implementing and <br />leveraging advanced technologies into current survey operations to <br />control cost, reduce scheduling, and increase safety in all survey <br />operations. He specifically utilizes this technology in 3D Hi-Definition <br />Laser Scanning (HDS) and Mobile LiDAR technologies for <br />infrastructure analysis, design survey, and 3D modeling. Laser <br />Scanning uses infrared laser technology to capture 3D point clouds <br />of data to recreate project sites in survey grade location for 3D <br />modeling as well as a host of other data formats. <br /> <br />Mr. Ehrhart has given comprehensive presentations relevant to the <br />subjects of Geomatics, LiDAR, HDS Laser Scanning, and Data <br />Fusion at some of the most prestigious national and international <br />industry conferences, universities, and agencies, including the <br />International LiDAR Mapping Forum (ILMF), Florida Survey and <br />Mapping Society (FSMS), University of Florida in Gainesville,; Full <br />Sail University in Orlando, and the Florida Department of <br />Transportation. <br /> <br />PROJECTS <br /> <br />Diplomat Golf Course LiDAR Survey <br />Hollywood City, Broward County, FL <br />Project Manager supporting Triangle Survey and Mapping with full <br />3D mapping of this 100-acre private golf course. The course is <br />redesigning its layout and Mobile LiDAR was the most efficient and <br />effective means of data collection, while not inhibiting access by the <br />general public. Tasks included collecting the LiDAR data and <br />producing Civil 3D topographic maps to aid in the design efforts. <br /> <br />Florida Power & Light Cooling Pond LiDAR Survey <br />Manatee County, FL <br />Project Manager providing services to AMEC Foster Wheeler and <br />Florida Power & Light to support the mapping and redesign of the <br />concrete retaining walls surrounding an existing 4,000 acre cooling <br />pond in Manatee County, FL. Services include performing static <br />LiDAR scanning around portions of the pond that are not accessible <br />LOR Page 20 of 52
