His expertise includes topographic surveying, boundary surveying, automated hydrographic surveying (single and multi-beam), and remote-sensing investigations such as side scan sonar, magnetometer a nd sub- bottom profile surveys. He has served as project manager on coastal projects for clients such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), Miami-Dade County, Palm Beach County, Martin County, Brevard County, and numerous municipalities throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Sadler coordinates all tasks including contract negotiations, development of schedules, monitoring field and office operations, and reviewing final products prior to delivery. He will serve as the Project Manager and primary point-of-contact between SDI and the City of Sunny Isles Beach, and shall ensure that projects are completed on-time and within budget. These responsibilities are key to any project and are considered essential to assure that objectives are met and a sound consultant – owner relationship is continuously maintained. Project Experience: Annual Countywide & Post-Storm Physical Beach Monitoring Surveys, Jupiter and South Lake Worth Inlet Ebb Shoal & Flood Shoal at Peanut Island Surveys, Palm Beach County, Florida Project Manager responsible for:  Under an Annual Continuous Services Contract from 2010 through present day (2016), SDI has conducted onshore and offshore beach profile data collection at Florida Depa rtment of Environmental Protection (FDEP) profile control points throughout Palm Beach County for shore protection/erosion control initiatives, erosion control feasibility analysis, and maintenance of inlets and sand traps  Bathymetric surveys of the Jupiter and South Lake Worth ebb shoals, South Lake Worth Inlet sand trap, and Peanut Island Flood Shoal  Beach profile data were collected in accordance with the Bureau of Beaches and Coastal Systems (BBCS) Monitoring Standards for Beach Erosion Control Projects prepared by FDEP  During the course of field data collection, digital photographs taken at approximate mid -beach along each profile line, capturing monument, shore-parallel north and south of the profile and one towards the monument location.  On-call emergency post-storm beach profile monitoring surveys of impacted areas  Conducted with Applied Technology & Management for Palm Beach County Department of Environmental Resources Management Corporate Experience: Sea Diversified, Inc. – Surveying & Engineering President 2004 to Present Sea Systems Corp – Surveying & Engineering Vice-President 1990 to 2004 Keith & Schnars Associates – Surveying & Mapping Director of Business Development 1986 to 1990
