Our Coconut Grove based office employs engineers, surveyors <br />and biologists with proven experience on hundreds of waterfront projects in Florida, the <br />Caribbean, and Central America. Our mission goal is to provide our clients with one <br />expert source for their waterfront project, while supplying creative solutions and <br />continually exceeding their expectations. <br />We specialize in remote locations including the Bahamas, Caribbean, and Central <br />America. Our capabilities span from preliminary site investigations and permitting to <br />engineering design and construction administration services. We maintain the expertise <br />for the services that we advertise in house rather than subcontracting the work out to <br />several specialty firms and creating the potential for miscommunication or delays.
