PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Flag Stone Island Mega Yacht Marina — Miami, Florida <br />fin Hydrographic key <br />individuals participated on all levels <br />of the planning, fieldwork, design, <br />permitting, mitigation and <br />construction surveying of this large <br />50 -slip mega yacht project. to <br />addition to the bulkhead inspections, <br />OHS staff performed the initial <br />hydrographic surveys, environmental <br />mapping, water quality readings, <br />mitigation reef bail multibeam <br />surveys and mitigation sea grass fill <br />area multibeam surveys. OHS <br />represented the owner throughout <br />the dredging and mitigation projects <br />performing regular progress surveys <br />and verifying the work of the contractors. <br />in 2016. <br />The marina and mitigation projects were completed <br />Construction Cost; $300Million. This project demonstrates the complexities involved with <br />permitting and mitigation for one of the largest <br />scale marina projects to ever be designed in <br />Florida.
