His land surveying experience has included D.O.T. Projects, large scale <br />Professional Registrations: Condominiums, Right -of -Way, Mortgage, Topographic, Alta, beach profiling, <br />Florida PSM # LS5851 control, and construction surveys beginning as a rodman and working his way up <br />to a crew chief and survey manager. He has represented clients at County and City <br />Commission Meetings, Zoning Hearings, Land Use Boards and other speaking <br />engagements. <br />His hydrographic experience has included dredging surveys, marine construction positioning, and offshore surveys. <br />He has utilized hydrographic equipment including single/multi-beam echo sounders, magnetometers, side scan sonar <br />and sub -bottom profilers. Positioning equipment used has included GPS (RTK, differential and static). <br />He .has collected and processed hydrographic data with software including HyPACK, Trimble Hydro Pro, <br />OIC/GeoDAS, and Triton Elics. He has extensive processing experience including mosaicing of side scan sonar data <br />and multi -beam sonar editing. Mr. Ramsay is versed in both AutoCAD and Microstation. <br />Mr. Ramsay has an exceptional track record for always providing quality services.
