Provided lead support for diving operations involving transplantation of 400 corals <br />and other benthic organisms within the work impact areas to a nursery for later transplantation to the <br />original site. <br />SLWI Sand Trap Expansion/Maintainence Dredging„ PALM BEACH COUNTY — Provided diving support <br />for jet probe studies of dredge area. <br />North Boca Beach Construction Phase„ City of Boca Raton — Participated in design phase as well as <br />provided onsite construction observation during construction. <br />Mid -Town, Phipps and Reach 8 Construction, Town of Palm Beach, FL — Provided on-site construction <br />observation and management support. <br />Breaker's Reef Damage Restoration Palm Beach County,FL — Initiated project as a result of reef <br />damage by unknown party, working directly with DEP staff and staff from other agencies (Palm Beach <br />County Department of Environmental Resource Management) and private consultants on reef restoration <br />efforts related to cable drag impacts in northern Palm Beach County. Developed and led impact survey, <br />and coral relocation planning and field efforts. Coordinated volunteer efforts and material donations. Over <br />100 corals of various size were successfully restored along a 400 ft. section of reef. All work was <br />performed by all parties on a volunteer basis. <br />Ginn Sur Mer -Grand Bahama Island, Bahamas - Assisted in planning and design of beach and inlet <br />groins and jetties for Ginn Sur Mer development. Provided guidance for bidding and construction, and <br />contract administration. <br />Ritz Carlton, Rose Island Resort, Bahamas — Provided conceptual and final design for beaches, groins, <br />marina and inlet jetties. Assisted owner in bidding and contractor selection, provided construction <br />administration, onsite construction observation, and acted as owner's representative as coordinating <br />engineer during marine construction. <br />Third Turtle Club, Provo, Turks and Caicos- Supported design of marina basin, bulkheads, revetments, <br />Inlet jetties, beaches and groins and assisted owner in bidding and contractor selection. Provided <br />recommendations for material sources, visited quarries to assess quality and quantities of materials <br />available and provided site inspection and construction contract administration, <br />St. Kitts Marina and Beaches - Provided survey support, site assessment and recommendations, <br />feasibility study and supported design of groins and jetties. <br />Palmilla Outfall, BCS, Mexico - Provided conceptual design alternatives to the client which included <br />directional drilling to reduce environmental impacts in the nearshore zone. <br />Bimini South t=erry Landing, South Bimini, Bahamas — Designed jetty and navigational markers to <br />stabilize and mark the channel at the ferry landing.
