<br />Wynn Hotel and Casino. The lagoon will be the showcase centerpiece amenity of the existing hotel as well as future
<br />conference centers and additional hotels. Key elements include a large island that will host a restaurant and nightly firework
<br />shows, sand beaches, boardwalks, boat access, and other amenities.

<br />incorporates electric boats used to transport residences from their units to retail and restaurant centers. Key elements include
<br />large fountain features, a first ever 4’ deep lagoon that incorporates a colored liner.

<br />Served as the project manager / landscape architect responsible for design and coordination of AM Resorts first 447 room All-
<br />inclusive Costa Rica hotel. Located on an expansive palm-studded beach and surrounded by lush green mountains & jungles
<br />on Playa El Jobo in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica, guests of all ages enjoy an action–packed vacation featuring
<br />watersports, land activities, and swimming pools while sunbathing or laying under a thatched palapa. The team prepared
<br />conceptual plans through construction documents and coordinated with outside disciplines and sub-consultants. Key elements
<br />included over 4000 square meters of pools, swim-out pools, pedestrian paths, vehicular circulation and plazas, and other site
<br />amenities. This resort is currently operational as of November 2014.

<br />Served as the project manager / landscape architect responsible for design and coordination of Hyatt’s second ever Andaz
<br />resort. Andaz Mayakoba Resort Riviera Maya, the latest addition to the Mayakoba Resort family, will welcome chic, creative
<br />minds and boutique-hotel travelers to Mexico’s Riviera Maya at the end of 2016. The hotel's main attraction will be savoring the
<br />tradition of the Riviera Maya region, focusing on serving local culture to guests with cheerful Mexican hospitality. The resort's
<br />inspired design, creative cuisine and uniquely-crafted hotel experiences are all sourced from the neighboring area, aptly
<br />satisfying visitors' thirst for exploration. The site will feature 213 alluring guestrooms with amazing views of the adjacent
<br />cenotes, 18 hole Greg Norman golf course, and the Caribbean ocean. The team prepared conceptual plans through
<br />construction documents and coordinated with outside disciplines and sub-consultants. Key elements included pools, site
<br />furnishings, cart paths, pedestrian paths, vehicular circulation and plazas, and other site amenities.
