<br />WGI is a Florida-based multidisciplinary consulting fi rm specializing in the provision of landscape
<br />architecture; planning; engineering design; surveying and mapping; water resources engineering;
<br />environmental sciences; permitting; utility coordination; and subsurface utility engineering.

<br />KEY STAFF
<br />Michael L. Davis, Senior Vice President, Principal-in-Charge
<br />Michael has extensive program and project management experience and is directly responsible for the management
<br />of the fi rm’s landscape architecture practice, as well as planning, civil engineering and environmental practices.
<br />With over 36 years of high level experience in water resources, environmental policy, legislation and governmental
<br />relations, including NEPA and the Army Corps of Engineers planning and regulatory process, Michael’s reputation
<br />and recognition offers clients a profound resource, as well as policy and legislative consulting services. Michael has
<br />extensive experience with numerous municipalities throughout Miami-Dade County and has been the Principal-
<br />in-Charge for several continuing landscape architecture service contracts similar to this contract. Some of these
<br />include the City of Ft. Lauderdale, the City of Miami, City of North Miami, Miami Gardens, FDOT District 4 and District 6 to name a few.
<br />Cheryl Callender, RLA, LEED, Project Manager
<br />Cheryl is a trilingual architect and landscape architect with over 16 years’ experience managing a wide variety of
<br />large scale public and private projects in multiple countries across the world. With her vast experience in servicing
<br />South Florida agencies like the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Cheryl manages the landscape division in WGI’s
<br />Ft. Lauderdale Branch Offi ce. For the last 10 years, Cheryl has specialized in providing landscape architecture
<br />services to numerous public agencies throughout South Florida. These have included the City of Miami, City of
<br />Coconut Creek, City of Ft. Lauderdale, City of Pompano Beach, City of Miami Gardens, and the City of Tamarac to
<br />name just a few. Cheryl was the landscape architect of record and project manager for the redevelopment of the
<br />famous A1A Streetscape at Las Olas Blvd. in Ft. Lauderdale. Most recently, Cheryl provided park master planning services for two of
<br />the City of Miami’s parks, Little Haiti Park and Simpson Park.
<br />Jason Mihalovits, RLA, LEED AP, Deputy Project Manager
<br />Jason is a registered landscape architect, a LEED accredited professional and an experienced irrigation designer
<br />that has specialized in servicing public clients for the last 14 years. Most recently, Jason assisted the City of North
<br />Miami in redeveloping their downtown corridor adjacent to the North Miami City Hall. Jason is also an experienced
<br />park designer, having provided park master planning for six parks in the last fi ve years alone. He has provided City
<br />gateway design and transportation corridor/streetscape design for numerous South Florida municipalities and is
<br />an expert on FDOT design standards and criteria. Jason is currently the project manager for WGI’s District 6
<br />districtwide landscape architecture consulting services contract and has been providing landscape architecture
<br />services to FDOT District 6 and other districts for over a decade. He has been the lead designer and/or project manager for over $35
<br />million dollars and 40 miles of landscape improvements along transportation corridors, many through municipalities like the City of Sunny
<br />Isles Beach.
<br />Brian Terry, RLA, LEED AP, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager
<br />Brian brings more than 15 years of experience practicing landscape architecture and planning throughout Florida.
<br />He has successfully provided continuing services with many local, municipal and state agencies including the City
<br />of Orlando, the City of Apopka, Sumter County, St. Lucie County, Palm Beach County, Palm Beach County Water
<br />Utilities, Florida Department of Transportation, the City of Miramar, the City of Parkland, the City of Coconut Creek,
<br />Monroe County, Miami-Dade County and the City of Port St. Lucie to name a few.
