<br />for City of Miramar’s Town Center, including City Hall, a performing arts center, and a civic plaza. Improvements included
<br />decorative paver walks, programmed gathering spaces for employees and visitors, streetscape enhancements, and a feature
<br />fountain in the center of the plaza.

<br />projects. This CRA project centered on redevelopment of one of the City’s major pedestrian and vehicular corridors leading to
<br />Pompano Beach. Improvements included streetscape improvements, enhanced pedestrian connections and business frontage
<br />improvements.

<br />Landscape Architect of Record. Jason was lead landscape architect and senior design professional providing the City of North
<br />Miami CRA design services for the redevelopment of the City’s major downtown corridor. This section of NE 125th St is in the
<br />heart of the City and is adjacent to the City’s new City Hall and arts center. Improvements included decorative hardscape,
<br />landscape cutouts in the sidewalk, parking bulb-outs with landscape and irrigation design. Additional enhancements included
<br />providing a unified site amenity plan for the entire corridor.
