Background and <br />Organizational Structure <br />4-1 <br />Chen Moore and Associates (CMA) is a multi-discipline consulting firm <br />with offices in Miami-Dade, Orange, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin <br />and Alachua Counties. Founded in 1986, Chen Moore and Associates <br />specializes in landscape architecture, planning, civil and environmental <br />engineering, GIS analysis and mapping, and construction engineering <br />inspection. We are a Florida state and locally certified small business <br />enterprise firm. Dr. Chen founded CMA believing that relationships are <br />critical to planning, designing and constructing successful projects. The <br />firm commits to providing responsive quality services while meeting <br />the schedules and specific project needs of our clients. <br />CMA actively supports various community organizations including <br />Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots, the Cooperative Feeding <br />Program, and Ocean Watch, a non-profit group focused on cleaning <br />and preserving South Florida’s Beaches. Firm staff participates in <br />local professional society events including American Society of <br />Landscape Architects, Irrigation Association, Florida Recreation and <br />Park Association, International Society of Arboriculture, the United <br />States Green Building Council, American Society of Civil Engineers and <br />Florida Engineering Society.
