<br />permitting and construction support of various streetscaping improvements in Downtown Coral Springs. As the prime
<br />consultants, CMA provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, environmental permitting and construction engineering
<br />and inspection services for the project. The project included implementing Complete Street concepts for NW 31st Court, NW
<br />94th Avenue and NW 32nd Street. Cost $ 4,100,000.00 Fee $ 235,739.98

<br />Project Manager. CMA provided design, permitting and construction engineering inspection services for the conversion of an
<br />existing football field and multi-purpose field into one Babe Ruth Baseball field, one Little League Baseball field, and one
<br />practice baseball field for the City of Deerfield Beach Parks and Recreation Department. CMA was responsible for providing
<br />survey, geotechnical, site planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, MEP and structural engineering services. The
<br />scope of the project included the layout of the baseball fields with supporting services such as lighting, dugouts, scoreboards
<br />and irrigation. The project also included general improvements to the park around the baseball fields including better pedest rian
<br />access, ADA parking and sidewalk improvements, native landscaping, outdoor seating areas and stormwater improvements.

<br />Project Manager CMA is providing civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the pedestrianizing of Euclid
<br />Avenue. This stretch of road will be incorporated into the historic pedestrian street known as Lincoln Road Mall. The project is
<br />funded by the City of Miami Beach through a developer’s agreement with Lincoln Center Associates which owns the retail
<br />building at the intersection of Euclid Avenue with Lincoln Road. The project requires coordination with various agencies
<br />including the City of Miami Beach Planning Department, Public Works, Greenspace management, and Capital Improvements,
<br />as well as Miami-Dade County Environmental Protection, Traffic, and Utilities. Cost $ 500,000.00 Fee $ 60,000.00
