BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br /> <br />Chen Moore and Associates is a subconsultant to GreenPlay, LLC for the development of the City of West Palm Beach Parks and <br />Recreation Master Plan. Our scope of work involves providing Facility Inventories and Level of Service Assessment. CMA is using <br />cutting edge Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology in the form of ESRI Collector Software to completely catalog the <br />Client’s existing Parks and Recreation Assets. Collector Software is operated from our GPS enabled phones and tablets and allows <br />us to collect coordinate correct information on all of the parks assets. Our process involves creating a database of the City’s Parks <br />Assets and performing a preliminary analysis via aerial photography. Once the preliminary analysis is completed, CMA staff visit <br />each parks facility and ground truth their findings. At the end of the process, the city receives the database and can be tra ined by <br />CMA to maintain the database on an ongoing basis facilitating future updates to the master plan.
