<br />Longitude performed a boundary/topographic tree survey of the entire park. The purpose of the survey was to prepare a waiver of plat of the park.X
<br />A full tree survey was performed providing the location, Diameter at Breast Height (DBH), canopy and height of each tree or palm. Longitude assisted our client,
<br />City of Sunny Isles with all applications and documentation necessary for the platting process.
<br />LS attended all Plat Committee meetings and meetings with the different departments. A tentative plat was prepared and submitted to the county.

<br />catch basins, curb and gutters, fences, walls, trees, mailboxes, landscaped areas, signs, utility poles, utility castings, locate all trees, and all other significant features.
<br />Obtained 50-foot cross section elevations throughout the Survey limits to include elevations at center line of Rights of Way, edges of pavement, and at existing crown of road.
<br />Elevations were also taken of all high/low points, front and back of sidewalks, back of curbs, existing driveways, and drainage inlet grate.
