<br />Gregory Stelmack has 26 years of experience with geotechnical <br />engineering, construction engineering and inspection, and <br />construction materials/laboratory testing. He has worked on major <br />projects throughout Florida, and served as Project Manager and <br />Senior Geotechnical Engineer for numerous projects for private <br />and public clients including the Florida Department of <br />Transportation (FDOT), United States Army Corps of Engineers <br />(USACE) and South Florida Water Management District <br />(SFWMD). In addition, he has worked on engineering projects in Wisconsin, Illinois, <br />Minnesota, Michigan, Kansas, Missouri, and Ohio, providing design recommendations on <br />more than 2,500 public, private and governmental projects. <br />Mr. Stelmack is skilled in providing geotechnical engineering; materials, testing and <br />inspection; and CEI services for roadway, bridge structures and interchange projects. He <br />has also provided quality assurance/quality control for a wide variety of transportation, <br />commercial, water resources, industrial, retail and institutional projects. <br />He is experienced with both standard and specialty field and laboratory testing equipment <br />including procedures to determine the physical properties of soil, aggregate makeup, <br />asphalt and concrete components and strength determination.
