<br />Mr. Bissoon has 12 years of geotechnical engineering experience
<br />including providing project management for a wide range of work
<br />involving geotechnical, environmental and civil engineering. He is
<br />skilled in the preparation of specifications for roadway work, storm
<br />water management systems and water distribution systems.
<br />
<br />He is knowledgeable in current ASTM and AASHTO standards
<br />applicable materials testing, and is skilled at conducting materials
<br />investigations through the construction completion-certification
<br />stage. He works on projects from the initial modeling-specification stage, through the planning,
<br />designing and drafting stages.
<br />
<br />Mr. Bissoon currently serves as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer on projects for the Florida
<br />Department of Transportation (FDOT). He has also worked with clients including Broward
<br />County Aviation Department, South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) and the US
<br />Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

<br />North Dade Optimist Park Community Recreation Center, Miami-Dade County, FL
<br />Work included providing CMT, Inspection and Testing Laboratory Services for this park project.
<br />
<br />SW 27th Avenue from Tigertail to SW 27th Terrace, Miami-Dade County, FL
<br />Geotechnical Engineering, Concrete, Proctor and Density Testing Services for this roadwork.
<br />
<br />Broward County Mast Arms, Broward Co., FL
<br />Field exploration/testing and laboratory testing for 20 planned intersections for mast arm traffic
<br />signal conversions and pavement improvements. Provided laboratory testing, asphalt core
<br />services and pavement evaluation.
<br />
<br />SR-842, Structure Investigation for Bridge Replacement, Broward County, FL
<br />Field exploration/testing and laboratory testing. The project involved the construction of two
<br />replacement bridges, resurfacing, restoration and rehabilitation, and the replacement of the
<br />substandard barrier wall.

<br />Roadway soil survey and structures investigation, testing for drainage features, and mast arm
