O’LEARY RICHARDS DESIGN ASSOCIATES, INC. 50 Sunny Isles Beach RFQ No. 16-06-02 Landscape Architect Services Section 8: Subconsultants Alvarez Engineers, Inc. is a Miami-Dade County based professional engineering firm specializing in all phases of design especially in the areas of civil and electrical engineering. Since their inception in 1995, they have experienced continued success with state and local agencies. They will supply us with all necessary support per- sonnel in the areas of utility coordination, maintenance of traffic, civil and electrical engineering services and quality control. Their staff has extensive training in all phases of design and their profi- ciency in FDOT design requirements and project procedures allows them to move projects forward steadily to completion. ORDA and Alvarez Engineers have collaborated on several projects and most recently completed the conceptual design for gateway features along US-1 in Pinecrest and worked on the first phase of the Col- lins Avenue streetscape in the City of Sunny Isles Beach. If the need arises for horticultural expertise, ORDA has a strategic alliance with Lisa Hammer, Horticultural Consultant. Lisa has over 34 years of professional experience in South Florida horticulture and is a registered Consulting Arborist (RCA #333) and a certified Arborist (SO#0758). She is a native Miamian and a former agent with the Florida Cooperative Extension Service in Urban Horticul- ture and is one of the most respected Horticultural Consultants in South Florida. ORDA and Lisa Hammer have collaborated on sever- al projects and most recently completed a tree inventory and anal- ysis for the City of Doral. Tom Graboski Associate, Inc. is a 30 year old internationally known environmental signage and graphic design firm located in Miami- Dade County. Their diverse staff brings extensive experience in wayfinding, environmental signage, urban design, art and brand identity to each project. Their multifaceted strengths, back- grounds and the use of the latest digital technology enable tgade- sign to develop consistently innovative designs. Their extensive knowledge of traditional and cutting edge materials and fabrication processes enables them to create design solutions for every con- tingency and every environment. ORDA and tgadesign have col- laborated on numerous projects and are currently working on the branding for the Village of Pinecrest. Section 8: Subconsultants O’Leary Richards Design has structured a team for this contract whose members are not only experts in their respective fields, but who approach their work with innovation and state-of-the-art technology. They also have extensive local experience working with municipalities and agencies in South Florida. Our team is prepared to respond to the contract demands quickly and effectively with professionals committed to the City of Sunny Isles Beach.
