<br />The following is a brief descripton of all the sub-consultants we propose to use, inclusive of their background
<br />and qualifications:
<br />GIBBS LAND SURVEYORS (SURVEYING)
<br />Stephen H. Gibbs land Surveyors, Inc., doing business as GIBBS LAND SURVEYORS, has been roviding Land
<br />Survey Services to South Florida for over 20 years. Having started as a business entity in 1988, the firm
<br />marked a recent milestone of 25 years of continuous professional service to the local community. Their
<br />experienced personnel brings expertise in many Land Survey disciplines. Mr. Stephen Gibbs has over
<br />35 years of experience in the field of Land Surveying, including boundary and topographic surveying,
<br />subdivision construction layout, survey project management, field and office team management. Having
<br />a command of current technologies, he is well qualified in the use of survey-grade GPS, Digital Data
<br />Collection and Autocad Automated Drafting.
<br />TRC WORLDWIDE ENGINEERING, INC. (STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING)
<br />TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. (TRC), founded in Fort Lauderdale in 1967 as Jenkins & Charland, provides
<br />structural engineering services to a wide variety of clients throughout the United States. The Structural
<br />Division of TRC has offices in Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Fort Pierce, Jacksonville, Sarasota and Tampa FL,
<br />Atlanta GA, Nashville TN, Indianapolis IN, Dallas TX, and Scottsdale AZ, and current professional structural
<br />and support staff of over eighty people. TRC is actively involved in the design of new construction and
<br />keeps current on state-of-the-art design techniques. Through knowledge of conventional construction
<br />practices, our engineers apply those techniques for a cost-effective, constructable project. With more
<br />than forty-four years structural experience, TRC has built its professional reputation on sound technical
<br />abilities, preparation of thorough contract documents, and complete contract administration services.
<br />TRC’s philosophy has always been to integrate cost effective structural design solutions into the overall
<br />design process, and maintain a close client and regulatory coordination throughout the life of the project
<br />and beyond.
<br />KENNETH DIDONATO, INC. (IRRIGATION DESIGN)
<br />Kenneth DiDonato has over 35 years of experience in the design and installation of irrigation systems. He
<br />has worked on projects ranging from golf courses, parks and recreational, institutional and commercial.
<br />He has also worked with numerous public clients such as Broward County, City of Hollywood, City of
<br />Miramar, Metro-Dade, City of Boca Raton, Cooper City, Town of Davie, City of Hialeah, City of Miami
<br />Beach, and Miami Dade Public Schools. Most recently, Mr. DiDonato has worked on projects in which
<br />the irrigation systems were responding to current Xeriscape and LEED Ordinances, as well as utilizing the
<br />latest in computer technology from the irrigation industry. Mr. DiDonato approaches his work with tireless
<br />energy to meet the needs of his client with designs that are both efficient and practical to implement. Mr.
<br />DiDonato has been registered as a Professional Engineer in the state since 1974.
<br />DELTA G CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC. (M/E/P AND FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES)
<br />Delta G Consulting Engineers, Inc. was founded in 1992. They are registered with the USGBC. They are
<br />a full service consulting engineering firm dedicated to providing their clients with the highest quality
<br />Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection engineering services at a competitive cost. They are
<br />experienced in low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise residential building design, fire stations, airports, K-12, library,
<br />municipal, retail, hotel, and single family custom homes design. The Delta G is centrally located to serving
<br />clients in Miami-Dade, Monroe, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Possessing a firm understanding
