MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 3 <br />22CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT SERVICES RFQ NO. 16-06-02 <br />RIB-U.S. Cost <br /> <br /> <br />RIB U.S.COST provided cost estimating services <br />in support of the development of a portion of <br />surplus Navy property known as the Truman <br />Waterfront Upland Parcels, located in Key West, <br />Florida.
