<br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-13 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY <br />ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR APPROVAL OF INITIAL <br />EXPENDITURES, RATIFYING CERTAIN EXPENDITURES FOR <br />INITIATION OF MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR <br />REIMBURSEMENT OF FUNDS EXPENDED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Sunny Isles Beach has incurred certain initial expenditures in the <br />ordinary course of its business, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City shall have secured funds to make payment of those expenses. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA. <br /> <br />1. All initial expenditures for the operation of municipal government be and are hereby <br />ratified; and <br /> <br />2. the Mayor is authorized to reimburse the funds expended and/or make payment of those <br />expenses as set forth in Exhibit "A" on behalf of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br /> <br />r declared the Resolution duly <br /> <br />3.
