As Clerk, you shall perform all duties normally associated with the Clerk's <br />office, including but not limited to, the formulation of a plan to create the City Clerk's office, <br />maintenance and distribution (as requested) of all public records for the municipality, assistance in <br />preparation of City Commission or board agendae, preparation of resolutions, attendance, <br />recording and transcription of minutes of any public meetings or workshops for all committees, <br />advisory boards, zoning and code enforcement boards and/or City Commission meetings, <br />maintenance of all office equipment and systems management, etc. <br /> <br />Assuming my Commission supports my recommendation of you, I welcome you to the new City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br /> <br />David Samson, Mayor <br /> <br />Brown, let <br />
