<br />distribution formula for Capital Improvements Local Option Gas Tax and the Local <br />Option Gas Tax which is sent to the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, as <br />allowed by law. <br /> <br />F. The County has determined that no roads within the City will <br />remain County roads. All roads not within the State Road System will be maintained by <br />the City. This Agreement shall be sufficient to accomplish the transfer of Public Roads <br />from the County road system to the City road system pursuant to Section 335.0415 (3) <br />F.S., and shall be deemed to include the transfer of the County's regulatory and <br />proprietary jurisdiction, and the conveyance of all right, title and interest of the County, <br />subject to any easements reserved for public utilities owned and operated by the <br />County. <br /> <br />G. Countywide funds will continue to be used for street signs, <br />traffic signals, and other countywide responsibilities. <br />5. Parks and Recreation Services. <br />Not Applicable <br />III. FINANCIAL ISSUES <br />A. Revenues Durino the Interim Period. The parties acknowledge that <br />residents, property owners and businesses of the City were responsible for paying the <br />County 1997 ad valorem taxes, and fees for storm water management, building permit <br />and zoning applications for the UMSA Municipal Services for the Interim Period.
