<br />I <br /> <br />14.2. School Board Liability. Subject to the limitations of Section <br />768.28 of the Florida Statutes, School Board shall not be liable for any damage or injury which <br />may be sustained by City, or any person using the School, Pelican Community Park and Parking <br />Facilities other than damage or injury resulting from the negligence or improper conduct of <br />School Board, its agents, representatives or employees, or resulting from School Board's failure <br />to perform its obligations under this Agreement. <br /> <br />15. Indemnification. <br /> <br />15.1. Indemnification by City. Subject to the limitations of Section <br />768.28 of the Florida Statutes, City agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the School Board <br />from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, damages or causes of action arising from or in <br />connection with City's use of the School, Pelican Community Park and Parking Facilities during <br />the term of this Agreement. <br /> <br />15.2. Defaults. <br /> <br />16.1. Notice.
