Unit prices include site and building safety <br />preparation, temporary fencing and wind screen, signage, dust control, scattered debris <br />and other site clean-up, minor machinery and other equipment, and repair of any <br />damaged adjacent property, utility disconnects and capping underground or above <br />ground. Unit prices exclude: Any associated permit fees, handling or hauling of any <br />hazardous or regulated materials, rodent inspection, abandonment or removal of septic <br />tanks, additional grading and importing of fill material to elevate site, storage tank <br />removal, adjacent property protection, recycling fees, gutting/soft stripping of building, <br />site security, surveys, clearing and grubbing of site, cranes, traffic control, elevator <br />removal, major mechanical equipment such as boilers, chillers, cooling towers, Etc., <br />excavation or backfill, earthwork and erosion control. Excludes salvage value. <br /> <br />Break-Up And Remove Slab, Pavement Or Sidewalk By Machine <br /> <br />Includes work around obstacles (i.e. storm drain, manholes, etc), breaking into <br />manageable sizes by machine and loading into truck for offsite removal. <br /> <br />Asbestos <br />Any required air monitoring other than OSHA personal air monitoring shall be <br />performed by a licensed independent third party consulting firm and shall be the <br />financial responsibility of others. <br />
