SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Calvin, Giordano & Associates) Inc. will perform the following services based on <br />our understanding of the project requirements: <br />CGA will provide a Director of Capital Improvement Projects for the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach, Florida as per the below scope breakdown. <br /> <br />L Professionsl Construction Sel'vices <br /> <br />A. CGA will provide a Director of Capital Improvement Projects to <br />include the following responsibilities: <br /> <br />1. Implementation of all Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) <br /> <br />2. Attendance of CIP Meetings <br /> <br />3. Provide homeowner complaint resolutions <br /> <br />4. Provide field conflict resolutions <br /> <br />5. Review and Approve bid specifications and contract documents <br /> <br />6. Review and approve contractor payment applications with applicable <br />release of liens or notice to owners <br /> <br />7. Review and recommend change orders or claims requested by <br />contractors <br /> <br />8. COO1'dination with variOlls utility agencies within the City <br /> <br />9. Perform other duties as assigned by City Manager <br /> <br />10. Recommend procedural adjustments to City Manager to ensure <br />optimization of staff and procedures throughout the CIP department <br />
