City staff secured three quotes for the catering <br />service. Based on the quotes received, Shorty's Bar-B-Q was the lowest, responsible <br />quote. Additionally, Shorty's is experienced in serving a large number of guests <br />efficiently and with good customer service. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br /> <br />This agreement is for barbecue style food for 2,000 guests including all paper products, <br />service equipment and personnel as per the attached agreement. <br /> <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br /> <br />Funds are budgeted for this item and available in the General Fund Account Number <br />10.572.574, Special Events. <br /> <br />http://sibagenda. sibfl.netfagenda/Preview .aspx?I temID=260&MeetingID=0&MeetingDate... 5/12/2010 <br />
