<br />Summary Minutes: Regular City Commission Meeting November 15,2007 <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br /> <br />City Attorney Ottinot said if the developer is willing to accept the Mayor's proposal and is <br />willing to give payment, it is up to the Commission to grant an extension or not. Mayor <br />Edelcup said he doesn't have a problem moving it to the March date as an outside date but if <br />they get DEP approval prior to March then he would like to pull the plug and have it on the <br />February hearing, we can word it to be 90 days or the earlier of. Commissioner Goodman <br />asked Building Official Parker ifhe was aware of any other problems that could make this a <br />troubled project, and he said no. City Attorney Ottinot clarified the date of March 15, 2007 <br />or the earlier of. <br /> <br />Commissioner Goodman moved and Commissioner Brezin seconded a motion to approve a <br />resolution for an extension to March 15,2007 or the earlier of.
