<br />OPINION OF TITLE <br /> <br />Miami-Dade County <br /> <br />With the understanding that this Opinion of Title is furnished to Miami-Dade County, as inducement <br />for acceptance of a Unity of Title or in compliance with Chapter 28, and as an inducement for <br />acceptance of a proposed final subdivision plat, covering the real property, hereinafter described, it is <br />hereby certified that I have examined a complete computer search of title covering the period from <br />the beginning to the 15'" day of June, 2000, at the hour of 11 :00 p.m., inclusive, of the following <br />described property: <br /> <br />Five parcels as described on attached legal description (part of lot 2 of Tatum's Sub and <br />various lots in South Shore Estates) <br /> <br />I am of the opinion that on the last mentioned date, the fee simple title to the above-described real <br />property was vested in: 17070 Collins Avenue Shopping Center, Ltd., a Florida Limited Partnership. <br /> <br />The General Partner of 17070 Collins Avenue Shopping Center, Ltd, a Florida Limited Partnership, <br />is 17070 Collins Avenue Shopping Center, Inc., a Florida corporation. <br /> <br />The authorized representative of the General Partner is Raanan Katz, President of 17070 Collins <br />Avenue Shopping Center, Inc., a Florida corporation. <br /> <br />Subject to the following encumbrances, liens and other exceptions (If "none" please indicate): <br /> <br />1. RECORDED MORTGAGES: Mortgage recorded in Official Records Book <br />17510 at page 894 Public Records of Dade County, Florida from owner to Daniel <br />M. Keil, Trustee, Kenneth Wolofsky and Jeffrey Perlow, Personal Representatives, <br />and Peter Wolofsky, individually. <br /> <br />2. RECORDED CONSTRUCTION LIENS.
