ASSOCIATES #2, INC., FOR DISTRICT BOUNDARY CHANGE FROM BU-IA TO BU-3 SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, R.K. Associates #2, Inc., has applied for the following: 1 District Boundary Change from BU-IA to BU-3 SUBJECT PROPERTY: TRACT "A" OF R.K. COMMERCIAL CENTER SOUTH, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 148 at page 72, recorded May 31, 1996, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
