<br />RESOLUTION NO 00-Z-4l <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE REQUEST <br />18100 COLLINS AVENUE SHOPPING CENTER, LTD., FOR A <br />DISTRICT BOUNDARY CHANGE FROM BU-lA AND BU-l TO <br />BU-3, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; PROVIDING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 18100 Collins Avenue Shopping Center, Ltd., has applied for the following: <br /> <br />1. District Boundary Change from BU-IA and BU-l to BU-3 <br /> <br />SUBECT PROPERTY: <br /> <br />The north 150 ft of Parcell, as measured along the east line <br />thereof of Parcel 1 of Replat of Tract "A" Sunny Isles Shores <br />Section "A" PB 64 PG 74 AND Parcel 2 Replat of Tract "A" <br />Sunny Isles Shores Section "A" PB 64 PG 74 . <br /> <br />ADDRESS: <br /> <br />Lying south of 183 St. between Collins Ave. and Atlantic Blvd. <br /> <br />And, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing of the City Commission was advertised and held as <br />required by law and all interested parties concerned in the matter were heard, and upon due and <br />proper consideration having been given to the matter; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: <br /> <br />1. The Applicant's request for a district boundary change from BU-IA and BU-l to BU-3 is <br />hereby approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. That applicant proffers a Declaration of Restrictions, acceptable to the <br />City, restricting the uses permitted on the property. <br /> <br />b. That the applicant be permitted only the following uses on the property: <br />All uses permitted in BU-l, BU-IA and BU-2 districts (except that <br />residential uses shall not be permitted), automobile rentals (limiting <br />storage of auto for rental to 10), bakeries, retail and wholesales, dry <br />cleaning and dyeing establishments, locksmith, television and broadcasting <br />station, including studio and transmitting station. <br /> <br />c.
