<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />II. AUPPItO"AJLS. <br /> <br />The applicant's request for Non-Use Variance of Setback and Spacing are approved as follow and <br />subject to the following conditions; <br /> <br />1. Non-Use Variance of Setback Requirements to permit an existing terrace addition to a <br />single-family residence to setback 1.5 feet from the interior (west) property line (7.5 feet <br />required). <br />2. Non-Use Variance of Setback Requirements to permit an existing utility shed to <br />setback 1.1 feet from the interior (west) property line (7.5 feet required) and to setback <br />0.8 feet from the rear (south) property line (5 feet required). <br /> <br />3. Non-Use Variance of Spacing Requirements to permit an existing utility shed spaced 5 <br />feet from the principal building (10 feet required). <br /> <br />III. CONDITIONS <br /> <br />A. Conditions to be completed before HuUdini! Permits are issued or any <br />construction is commenced. <br /> <br />1. That a site plan is submitted to and meet with the approval of the Zoning Director <br />upon the submittal of an application for a building permit; said plans to include <br />among other things but not limited thereto, location of structure or structures, types, <br />sizes and location of signs, light standards, off street parking areas, exists and <br />entrances, drainage, walls, etc. <br /> <br />2. That in the approval of the plan, the same be substantially in accordance with that <br />submitted for hearing entitled "Survey for 220-186 St.", prepared by Jose Diaz PS., <br />dated 08/04/98. <br /> <br />3. That the use be established and maintained in accordance with the approved plans. <br /> <br />4. That the applicant complies with all conditions and requirements of the Department <br />of Environmental Resources Management (DERM), the Fire Department and the <br />Florida Department of Transportation. <br /> <br />5.
