John Szerlag, City Manager <br /> <br />Jorge Vera, Assistant City Manager <br />Robert Sol era, Community Development Director <br /> <br />October 19, 2006 <br /> <br />Urbis and Key International, LLLP. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDA TION <br /> <br />This resolution is presented for your consideration. <br /> <br />REASONS <br /> <br />The applicant proposes to construct two 20-story towers consisting of 230 condominium <br />units with ground floor devoted to 4,840 square feet of restaurant use, 7,160 square feet <br />of retail/spa use and an attached dry dock facility consisting of 48 enclosed marina slips. <br />The applicant is requesting approval of Transfer of Development Rights (TDRs) in the <br />amount of 83,490 square feet and 46 dwelling units.
