The plans have been revised and reflect the following variance requests: <br /> <br />(a) Penthouse setback; <br /> <br />(b) West tower setback; <br /> <br />(c) Height of200 feet, which is otherwise permissible under certain circumstances. <br /> <br />The purpose of this Third Amended Letter of lntent is to explain how the variance <br />requests meet the criteria of Section 265-15G of the Zoning Code, which establishes the <br />following standards of review for the variance requests: <br />
