<br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
<br />SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE ZONING
<br />APPLICATION SUBMITTED BY 18100 COLLINS AVENUE
<br />SHOPPING CENTER LTD. (Z2008-06) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
<br />OF A CVS PHARMACY STORE AT THE NORHTEAST CORNER
<br />OF THE RK SHOPPING PLAZA LOCATED AT 18290 COLLINS
<br />A VENUE SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; PROVIDING
<br />FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

<br />I. RECITALS.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, on July 31, 2008, the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach
<br />conducted a public hearing on the site plan application (Z2008-06) submitted by 18100 Collins
<br />Avenue Shopping Center Ltd. (the "Applicant") for the following,
<br />
<br />1. The Applicant is seeking a site plan approval for the construction of a CYS Pharmacy
<br />store in the northeast corner of the RK Shopping Plaza located at 18290 Collins A venue,
<br />more precisely the former site of the Blue Cafe Restaurant. The Applicant intends to
<br />increase the footprint of the current building by 1,100 square feet.
