RECITALS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 18, 2008, the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach conducted a public hearing on the site plan application (Z2008-07) submitted by RK and <br />Associates, #2 Inc. The Applicant intends to demolish the existing building and construct a new one-story <br />building with a total of 6,000 square feet. <br /> <br />LEGAL: <br />A PARCEL OF LAND IN GOVERNMENT LOT 5 IN FRACTIONAL SECTION II, TOWNSHIP 52 <br />SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, MIAMI-DADE COUNTY FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY <br />DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF TRACT "A" OF R.K.
