Our City Code currently includes rooftop equipment in the
definition of height. This amendment provides height limitations for certain rooftop equipment
or structure. Essentially, rooftop equipment is excluded in the definition of height.

HO/jb

CIty COmmISSJOn

HeIght LlmJtauons ,'\genda Memo

Agenda Item ~, "Z)
Date /2- ~-OS
