Amend the Monitoring & Evaluations Procedures section as follows: <br /> <br />It is anticipated that the City will develop and issue the required Evaluation and Appraisal Report every fi';e (5) <br />seven (7) years. The written report will include but not be limited to: <br /> <br />. Citizens participation in the planning process, <br />. An analysis of the key issues facing the City at the time of the report, and of how these issues should be <br />addressed in the Comprehensive Plan, <br />. The need and/or requirements for updating baseline data in supporting documentation, <br />. An update, if necessary, of short and long term objectives, <br />. A report Off accomplishments and progress made on the goals, objectives and policies, <br />. Any unanticipated problems or obstacles that have detracted from progress, and <br />. Reformulated or modified goals, objectives and policies contained in the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />35 <br />
