By March 1,2001 the City shall enter into an interlocal agreement or other formal <br />agreement with the Miami Dade Public School System, as required by Section <br />163.3177 (6)(h)(2) F.S. <br /> <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach, other cities, Miami-Dade County and Miami- <br />Dade County Public Schools shall follow the procedures established in the <br />adopted "Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement for Public School <br />Facilities Planning in Miami-Dade County" for coordination and collaborative <br />planning and decision making of land uses, public school facilities, siting, <br />decision making on population proiections, location and extension of public <br />facilities subiect to concurrency, and siting of facilities with a countywide <br />significance. <br /> <br />Create new Policy 3K. and renumber remaining policies under Objective 3 as follows: <br /> <br />Existing 3K becomes 3L, existing 3L becomes 3M and existing 3M becomes 3N <br /> <br />3K. The City of Sunny Isles Beach shall coordinate with Miami-Dade County Public <br />Schools and other parties to the Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement for <br />Public School Facility Planning to establish Level of Service Standards (including <br />Interim LOS standards) for public school facilities and any amendments affecting <br />public school concurrency. <br />
