David, AICP, Vice President <br />Bell David Planning Group, Inc. <br />1019 NE 104th Street <br />Miami Shores, Florida 33138 <br /> <br />Re: <br /> <br />EAR-Based Amendments Interlocal <br /> <br />Dear Mr. David: <br /> <br />At its regular meeting of December 13, 2007, the City Commission sitting as the <br />City Commission or as the Local Planning Agency adopted the following <br />legislation: <br /> <br />1) LPA Resolution No. 2007-46 and an Ordinance on 1st Reading; and <br />2) LP A Resolution No. 2007-48 and Ordinance No. 2007-295; and <br />3) Resolution 2007-1192. <br /> <br />Attached is a copy of the approving legislation, as requested. <br /> <br />Further, it is understood that you will process the Interlocal Agreement (Exhibit <br />"A" to Resolution No. 2007-1192) with Miami-Dade County School Board <br />("School Board"). As such, enclosed are two (2) original Interlocal Agreements <br />for signature by the School Board.
