Traveling Class of Service (COS) <br />Trunk -to -trunk patch <br />Trunk queue <br />Voice memo (AAf option) <br />Volume adjustment (electronic) <br />The following describes the DIGITAL systems' user <br />features. <br />Account code <br />Enter account codes for each outside call placed or <br />received, to record the account number as part of the <br />call record. Entry of account codes may be programmed <br />per extension as either optional, or compulsory. <br />Forced: Before seizing an outside line an account code <br />must be entered. <br />Reminder: On selecting an outside line and during an <br />incoming and outgoing calls, a tone is heard as a <br />reminder to enter an account code. Dialing is not <br />conditional on the code being entered. <br />Alarm clock <br />Set the telephone alarm to ring at a specified time. <br />Autonatic answer <br />Answer an incoming call by going offhook without <br />pressing the incoming line button. <br />Automatic hold <br />When on an outside line, pressing a DSS button, or <br />activating certain features, automatically places the <br />outside call on hold. <br />54 " DIGITAL Family Features <br />=►-��1 -urn 1��t..,�„�,�->�v-Yt -�'. <br />C- 1, Z, � <br />Automatic redial (ARD) <br />Automatically redial a busy number a preprogrammed <br />number of times, at predefined intervals, until the <br />ringback tone is reached, or a number of outside <br />numbers can be automatically dialed in turn by the <br />system, until each number is reached. Automatic redial <br />can be canceled and reactivated at the touch of a <br />button. <br />Barge in <br />When trying to call a busy extension, privileged users <br />may barge into an existing call, if permitted by system <br />programming. <br />Callback (automatic) <br />After receiving a busy tone from another extension, <br />activate callback to request the system to ring back as <br />soon as the other extension becomes idle. <br />Call cost display (ISAIDR option) <br />See Integrated Station Message Detail Recording (ISAIDR) <br />in Section 9, Application Server Optional Features, <br />above. <br />Call forwarding <br />Calls may be forwarded in several ways to individual <br />extensions. <br />All calls (Follow me): Select an extension to which all <br />calls will be forwarded temporarily while away from <br />your telephone. <br />Busy: While your phone is in use, forward calls which <br />ring at your extension to a programmed busy forward <br />extension. <br />No answer. Forward calls which ring at your extension, <br />and are unanswered, to a programmed no answer <br />forward extension. <br />Fixed (DND forward): Forward calls to a programmed <br />extension by activating the I)ND feature. <br />
