<br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-34 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH ESTABLISHING A HOLIDAY <br />SCHEDULE FOR CITY EMPLOYEES PROVIDING FOR AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Sunny Isles Beach wishes to establish a policy for holidays <br />to be granted to the City employees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has performed an analysis of comparable City <br />schedules; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT PAID HOLIDAYS GRANTED TO <br />EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />New Year's Day <br />Martin Luther King's Birthday <br />President's Day <br />Memorial Day <br />Independence Day <br /> <br />Labor Day <br />Veterans Day <br />Thanksgiving Day & Day After <br />Christmas Day <br />Two Floating Holidays <br /> <br />Section 1.
