The inspector will locate elector's name in the precinct register and will call the <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />2. Using an affinnation, the Clerk will: <br />8. fill in elector's name, current address of legal residence, registration number <br />or date of birth, party affiliation & telephone number (optional). <br />b. check Box 111. <br />e. fiU in elector's date of birth. <br />d. have the elector sign the affirmation. <br />e. verify date of birth with the precinct register. <br />f. fill in the date, signature (Clerk's), and precinct number, and <br />g. hand the affinnation to the Inspector. <br /> <br />J. The inspector will process the elector in the usual manner comparing the <br />signature on the affinnati9n with that on the precinct register. <br /> <br />4.
