<br />CHALLENGED VOTER PROCEDURES <br /> <br />( f. Anyone who is a registered voter (pollwatcher. pollworker. voter. etc.) may <br />challenge a person's right to vote. <br /> <br />2. "Oath of Person Entering challenge of Voter" is filled out and signed by person <br />challenging the vote....s right to vote and the Clerk. <br /> <br />J. "Oath of Challenged Voter" is filled out and signed by the voter and the Clerk. <br /> <br />4. The Clerk will ask the Deputy Sheriff to stop incoming voters at the door and wait <br />until the precinct is clear of voters before the election board votes on the <br />challenged voter affidavit. <br /> <br />s. Information on challenged voter affidavit will be compared with vote....s <br />Information in the precinct register for verification. <br /> <br />6. The board will decide the manner of voting, whether it be a show of hands either <br />for or against. or pieces of paper with a yes or no vote for each board member. <br />Note: All board members will vote. The Deputy Sheriff will not vote. The election <br />board's majority vote either for or against the challenged vote....s right to vote will <br />be final.
