The inspector will initial the ballot stub and will enter the ballot number on the <br />precinct register. <br /> <br />10. The ballot card, secrecy envelope, and voting device will be given to the elector. <br />The elector must be provided with as much privacy as circumstances will permit <br />when casting the ballC?t. If the elector needs assistance to vote, the regular <br />"procedures for providing assistance" will be followed. ' <br /> <br />11. The elector will place the ballot in the secrecy envelope. <br /> <br />12. The Clerk or Deputy Oerk and Inspector will bring the ballot and other items back <br />into the polling place. The Clerk or Deputy Oerk will deposit the ballot into the <br />ballot box with the Inspector observing. <br /> <br />13.
