<br />(3) <br /> <br />ELECTION SCHEDULE <br /> <br />1. The City Clerk will prepare an election schedule at least 90 days prior to a <br />regularly scheduled municipal election and within 20 days of the date a special <br />municipal election is called. <br /> <br />2. The form shown as Exhibit I shall be used for the purpose of compiling the <br />information necessary to produce the "Election Schedule". <br /> <br />3. At least once each week, the City Clerk will review the Election Schedule in order <br />to: <br /> <br />a. Determine which tasks have been completed and enter the dates completed <br />on the Election Schedule. <br /> <br />b. Identify which tasks were not completed on the due date, determine why <br />they were delayed and determine what effect that delay will have on the <br />completion of other tasks. The comment section of the election schedule is <br />used for this purpose. <br /> <br />c. Add to the election schedule any tasks not originally included, but necessary <br />to the conduct of the election. <br /> <br />4. Following the election(s), the City Clerk shall insure that the completed Election <br />Schedule is included with the records for that election. <br /> <br />1.1 <br />
