Transfer Notice. <br />Please consider this letter as our transfer notice pursuant to the Interlocal Agreement. <br />The City Manager advises that the City intends to commence provision of municipal <br />services and terminate County services in the following areas by dates indicated below: <br />SERVICE <br />Police <br />Planning, Code Enforcement <br />& Building & Zoning <br />Public Works <br />Stormwater Management <br />Parks & Recreation <br />E.
