All notices required by this AGREEMENT shall be considered delivered upon receipt. Should either Party change its address, written notice of such new address shall promptly be sent to the other Party. All correspondence to the COUNTY under this AGREEMENT shall reference the Resolution number of this AGREEMENT. ARTICLE 6 INSURANCE The COUNTY shall maintain, throughout the term of this AGREEMENT, insurance coverage reflecting, at a minimum, the limits and coverage conditions for General Liability, Automobile Liability and Worker's Compensation identified Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made a part of here of. All coverage required shall extend to all employees and subcontractors of the COUNTY. The COUNTY represents that it is a self-insured entity subject to the coverage and limitations specified in Sections 284.31 and 768.28 of the Florida Statutes.
