Prepare an Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Costs for the project. Advise <br />the County of any adjustments to the total project costs known to the consultant as a <br />result of changes in scope, extent, or character or design requirements of the project. <br />Schedule of submittals: <br />The Consultant will submit plans for review at 30, 60 and 90% completion: <br />A- Thirty Percent (30%) Submittal (45 days) <br />The intent of this submittal is that all drainage areas be delineated, that all the <br />existing drainage pipes will be laid out in plan (and profile), that elevations for <br />all the major points of interest and utilities be shown as well as existing <br />landscaping and specialty driveways. The consultant will provide three (3) copies <br />of the drawings for DERM's review and approval. <br />B- Sixty Percent (60%) Submittal (30 days) <br />This submittal is to include three (3) sets of supporting calculations, preliminary <br />bid items, preliminary quantities, preliminary cost estimate and review comments <br />from the thirty percent review. All proposed exfiltration pipes, drainage <br />structures, pollution control baffles and overflow pipes must be laid out in plan <br />and profile, and all connection to existing drainage systems must be shown. If <br />applicable, include mechanical, electrical and structural plans for the proposed <br />pump station and emergency generator. All conflict with existing utilities must <br />be shown in detail. The consultant will provide three (3) copies of the drawings <br />for DERM's review and approval. <br />C- Ninety Percent (90%) Submittal (30 days) <br />This submittal is to include consultant quality control review changes to the <br />proposed paving, grading and drainage plans. If applicable, include mechanical, <br />electrical and structural plans for the proposed pump station and emergency <br />generator. Final quantities, specifications (Special provisions only), cost <br />estimate and review comments from the sixty percent review. The consultant will <br />provide three (3) copies of the drawings for DERM's review and approval. <br />D- Final Submittal (100%) (30 days) <br />This submittal is to include final consultant quality control review, final <br />quantities, final specifications (Special provisions only) and final cost estimate <br />3 <br />
