caused by the sole negligence of the County and where not otherwise <br />indemnified by the Permittee. <br />26. Security: The Department makes no warranties as to any obligation to provide <br />security forthe facilities, outside of standard security measures supplied for the <br />Park in general. Permittee may provide its own specialized security for the <br />facilities, subject to the Department's written approval. Absence of said <br />Permittee security shall not increase the County's or the Department's security <br />obligation. <br />Waiver of any breach shall not constitute waiver of any other breach. <br />Invalidation of any portion of this Agreement shall not automatically 'invalidate the <br />entire Agreement.
