Danaheisser <br />City Anomev <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />It is recommended that the City Commission empower the City Manager to <br />enter into agreements with property owners who may privately own streets, <br />alleys, and road and request same to be policed by the city's police <br />department. <br />REASONS: <br />Within the corporate limits of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, there are <br />several streets, alleys, and roadways that are privately owned by the property <br />owners located thereon; and those private property owners have requested or <br />in the future may request, that the city exercise it's police powers to provide <br />additional police services on those private road, alleys, and streets. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />There are currently six known areas of private properry that have no special <br />enforcement agreement with the city and they are as follows: <br />1- Golden Gate Estates and Marine replat blks 1-3 (149-65) Golden Gate Est a & Marina <br />blk 1-3047-32) <br />2- Galahad Dade tract A-C (PB 92-16) <br />All of tract 3 lying w of state road AIA, except the N 100' South 100' E 600' of tract 3, <br />Tatum Ocean Park (PB 10, Page 64) and all that portion of Government Lot 3 of <br />Fractional Sec. 11, Twp. 52 S. Rge 42 E which lies E of E right line of the Intra-Coastal <br />Waterway (PB 37, Page 4), and all that portion of the original Florida East Coast Canal, <br />Tatum's Sub. (PB 10, Page 64) hying between Lots 2 and 3 of Tatum's Sub. And <br />
